Regina Vivian Barli is an Automation and Packaging Engineer in Proctor & Gamble (P&G) London, UK. She is a First-Class Honours graduate of Master of Engineering (Biomedical Engineering) from University College London. She received John Clifton Prize for topping the faculty (2017) and, subsequently topped the cohort (2018). In UCL, she was the Vice President of Consulting for UCL Business Society, the top 5 largest society in UCL, as well as the Vice Chair of Student Ambassadors for the Engineering faculty.
Before moving to London, she pursued her study in Singapore under a full-ride scholarship from Singapore’s Ministry of Education (2013-2016).
Vivian is the co-founder of Abroadening Indonesia (@abroadening.id), a platform to empower Indonesians to take charge of their education journey overseas.
This year, she is one of the 72 awardees across Indonesians globally of McKinsey’s Young Leaders for Indonesia, as well as one of the awardees of McKinsey Next Generation Women Leader (APAC) award. She was also the Northern Europe winner for P&G CEO Challenge (2020).
In her spare time, she drinks tea and does Yoga.
